Powering Futures prepares the workforce of the future for the jobs of the future. The sustainability challenge programs they run for 16 - 24 year olds help organisations become more sustainable and reduce their carbon footprint.

Their programs boost the confidence of the next generation workplace in schools and workplaces, developing their problem-solving skills.

Schools across the country offer Powering Futures as an SCQF Level 6 qualification where students undertake practical sustainability challenges set by industry. The program is also available within workplaces with many organisations including Scottish Water and Vattenfall making it part of their new employee engagement program.
